With a Post Graduate and Doctorate in Zoology, our Director M Sambasiva Rao previously served the State and Central governments for about two decades as a member of the Indian Administrative Services (IAS). Dr Rao also served as the Joint Secretary in the Department of Commerce under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India.
