Reporting Structure

• You shall report to Team Lead – QA & TS.
• Qualification-B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry

Key Result Areas

• To maintain the complete lab along with instruments for use at all times.
• To train & maintain the QA team very closely to achieve the targeted quality objectives of the company.
• To ensure the Collection of RM Samples from all the Trucks outside the gate.
• Analysis of quality of RM at unloading point by taking samples from every bag.
• Analysis of RM samples in detail as per SOP and report to your reporting authority.
• Analysis of FG at all stages for every batch and reports to your reporting authority.
• Strict implementation of SOPs & maintain all relevant records.
• Maintain firm guidelines for Plant Hygiene, Cleanliness & Sanitation Practices.
• Strive towards Continual improvement (or) refinement for Quality bench marking standards / Practices.
• Monitor, maintain & update accurate data on time without any deviations at all times.
• Periodical review, analysis & to conduct R&D Trails for new product development.
• Effective utilization of all resources and improve productivity continuously month on month.
• Addressing the customer complaints.

To maintain the complete lab along with Instruments for use at all times.

• Ensure to m maintain the Lab and Lab Equipment in a working condition.
• Ensure to renew the Equipment’s calibration and AMC from time to time.

To train & maintain the QA team very closely to achieve the targeted quality objectives of the company.

• Ensure to train the QA Team in all aspects of quality related and maintain the record of the same.
• Ensure to monitor the QA team either the QA Testing in going into as per SOP’s or not.
• Ensure to all the QA Team to complete the testing of RM, FG and check the results are genuine or not and record the same, if the records are not proper then suggest them for retesting of the same.

To Ensure the Collection of RM Samples from all the Trucks at the gate itself.

• Ensure timely collecting of Raw Materials once the truck reaches the plant and collect the samples and conducting the inspection tests, Grade the raw material Standards by ensuring Quality, Temperature & other Parameters.
• Responsible for checking the Quality in line with standard parameters & authorize to release, accept for unloading or reject the Raw materials.

Analysis of quality of RM at unloading point by taking samples every bag.

• Responsible for timely collect of Raw Materials samples every bag at unloading time and conducting the inspection tests, Grade the raw material Standards by ensuring Quality, Moisture, Temperature & other Parameters.
• Responsible for checking the Quality in line with standard parameters & authorized to release, accept or reject the Raw materials.

Analysis of RM samples in detail as per SOP and report to your reporting authority.

• Responsible for implementation of Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs).
• Responsible to ensure to maintain all records, flow charts, registers logbooks and other documents.
• Responsible for regular updating of documents and amended SOPs as per the business requirement.
• Responsible to conduct Quality Internal Audits from time to time and submit the deviations to the respective reporting authority.

Analysis of FG time to time and reports to Head QA.

• Responsible for periodically collecting of Finished Good samples while on production and conducting the inspection tests, Grade the Finished Goods by ensuring Quality, Moisture, Temperature & other Parameters..
• Responsible for checking the Quality in line with standard parameters & authorized to release, accept or reject the Finished Goods.
• Responsible to ensure timely completion of third party analysis of Cattle feed based on the requirement.

Strict implementation of SOPs & Relevant records

• Responsible for strict implementation of Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs.)
• Responsible to ensure to maintain all records, flow charts, registers logbooks and other documents.
• Responsible for regular updating of documents and amended SOPs as per the business requirement.
• Responsible to conduct Quality Internal Audits from time to time and submit the deviations to the respective reporting authority.

Maintain firm guidelines for Plant Hygiene, Cleanliness & Sanitation Practices.

• Responsible to maintain cleanliness & sanitations in all areas of operations like Dumping area, processing area, packing area, storage area, dispatch areas & other areas of the plant.
• Responsible to follow and ensure the safety guidelines and communicate to the Co-employees for better understanding.

Strive towards Continual improvement (or) refinement for Quality bench marking standards / Practices.

• Responsible to follow the Quality Standards & Guidelines in line with the businesses requirement and strive to improve or refine the Quality Standards as per the customer satisfaction.

Monitor, maintain & update accurate data on time without any deviations.

• Responsible to maintain and cross check the analysis reports for accuracy without any deviations.
• Responsible for regular updating of the accurate data in available ERP Quality Module and generate reports on time as per the requirement of Management.

Periodical review, analysis & conduct R&D Trail for new product development.

• Responsible for conduct periodical analysis and conduct reviews on R&D activities for new product development with Quality.
• Responsible for develop SOPs on R&D Products as per the ISO standards and take approval from the Management for effective implementation.

Effective utilization of all resources and improve productivity.

• Responsible for effective planning the manpower required for all Quality Operations for the unit and filling the gaps in coordinate with Unit HR Team from time to time.
• Responsible for optimum utilization of the available manpower and other resources within the budget for improve productivity.

Addressing the customer complaints.

• Responsible to focus on customer complaints by addressing the issues on time and ensure to resolve the same with utmost customer satisfaction.
