Description

    Responsible to complete sales and Marketing of HNL Products in the Visakhapatnam area with the support of Executives / TSIs by ensuring sales guidelines with an objective to achieve the budgeted business targets and Customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities
    1. Plan, execute and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.
    2. Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network.
    3. Ensure to collect/recover the sales realization and out standings.
    4. Optimum utilization of resources, Funds and Cost Control in general and Sales & Distribution cost in particular.
    5. Timely distribution of Cattle Feed, Feed Supplements & any other Products.
    6. Effective control & minimize the damages.
    7. Organize Customer Contract Programs and addressing complaints.
    8. Strict implementation of Statutory & SOP
Other Information
    • Candidates from any Feed industry or FMCG along with rural marketing experience will be considered and only male candidates are eligible.
    • Candidate should have good communication skills on the Local Language i.e. Tamil
